What Is Biofeedback?

Biofeedback is defined by Oxford’s online collaboration as “a process whereby electronic monitoring of a normally automatic bodily function is used to train someone to acquire voluntary control of that function.”

Biofeedback ‘therapy’ or ‘training’ is only covered by the NHS under very specific conditions, one of which is pelvic floor muscle training used to treat urinary incontinence in children.

Our services are not currently covered by the NHS, because we render considerably different services than those with which one need consciously cooperate.

What We Do Differently

We go above and beyond Biofeedback, rendering therapy that does not require the patient’s conscious cooperation for efficacy. This means we can achieve improvements to your health and body by emitting electromagnetic waves into the body whilst you relax during treatment. This type of therapy is called Bio-Resonance.

What Is Bio-Resonance?

Bio-Resonance, similar to Biofeedback, also measures electric signals via electrodes attached to the body. This is helpful for performing EEG and ECG scans to get a deeper understanding of your level of health.

Note: EEGs done by the “Indigo” Bio-Resonance machine are covered by health insurance in the US. In the UK, however, HMRC hasn’t yet classified this device for EEG use to be covered by NHS.

Bio-Resonance machines also measure electromagnetic waves emitted by the body. Therapy is rendered by emitting waves into the body by the very same electrodes used for measurement. The pictures below show you the Bio-Resonance machine used at The Centre.

What Is Bio-Resonance Used For?

Bio-Resonance therapy can be used for many ailments, conditions and diseases. Due to the nature of the technology, changes take place gradually in the body. Your own body’s systems take time to re-align and re-balance, therefore restoring health.

More advanced devices such as the one in our clinic can also be used for cosmetic treatments. Here’s a short list of the services we render. Please contact us if you would like to know whether Bio-Resonance Therapy would help your specific condition.

Testimonials are not a claim to cure. It’s very important to remember that advances in Western Medicine are rooted in studies and trials – and more importantly – the same, exact methods or medicine being used on hundreds and thousands of human and animal participants. Studies in Bio-Resonance largely lack coherence cross country (and cross culture), therefore making any medical claim to cure or treat unbased.

The videos below are not intended to serve an advertorial or self-promotional purpose. The words and opinions of the people in these videos – helped by Kasey Phifer of Biofeedback Centre Bristol LTD. – are exactly what they are: stories. These people have been so helped and so moved by Kasey’s work with Bio-Resonance that they agreed to record videos stating their honest opnion of and experience with Bio-Resonance therapy with Kasey and the S.C.I.O. machine.

There are many others who have not left a video testimonial. There are countless others in different languages and countries who have opinions that are not and cannot be presented on this websited. Therefore, please kindly watch the videos below knowing that they are stories of people who have been helped. Whether Bio-Resonance is the right ‘energy medicine’ for you is something that we cannot know until we actually feel it and try it.

The Bristol Centre for Biofeedback is a hub for self-employed practitioners, visiting contractors, and students to come together and align ideas, share knowledge,  and streamline best practices. Kasey is the Managing Director and website administrator.
