Important Information Before Your Appointment
Due to COVID-19, we have made the following changes:
Please do not arrive early to your appointment. ‘Mingling’ or ‘loitering’ in waiting areas is prohibited due to possible spread of Corona Virus.
In the entryway, hallways and bathroom wearing a face covering is mandatory unless you are exempt for health reasons.
In the treatment room, wearing a face covering is optional and at your own discretion.
If you are showing symptoms of Corona Virus or suspect you may be an asymptomatic carrier, please do not come to your appointment. There are distance sessions available upon request.
If you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment due to suspected COVID-19 contamination, there is no fee — simply contact us to let us know. See details below.

Step 2 of 2: Pre-Payment
After receiving your £15 pre-payment for booking in our Bristol location, we will contact you with confirmation of your appointment and details.
Terms & Conditions: This pre-payment is fully refundable if you re-schedule or cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel or re-schedule or do not show for your appointment, this pre-payment will be kept in full to cover the cost of room hire.
COVID-19 Policy: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice due to developing symptoms, being told to shelter in place by authorities or suspecting COVID-19, please send us a copy of your COVID test or your NHS warning respectively and you’ll receive a full refund. Option B: Pay via BACS Bank Transfer
Transfer £15 from your personal or business account with the payment reference “Booking Fee [Your Last Name]” and be sure to include your last name in the reference so we can match up your payment with this form.
