Important Information Before Your Appointment

Due to COVID-19, we have made the following changes:

  1. In the entryway, hallways and bathroom a face covering is mandatory.
  2. In the treatment room, wearing a face covering is optional and at your own discretion.
  3. Our reception is currently unmanned until further notice. To be let into the building, a member of staff will meet you at the door. If you’ve arrived early, please ring 07394 870 156 to be let in.

If you are showing symptoms of Corona Virus or suspect you may be an asymptomatic carrier, please do not come to your appointment. There are distance sessions available upon request, and you can easily re-schedule your appointment online.

Information on Prices & Payment

Payment methods and prices differ according to practitioner, type of therapy, number of sessions, and device used.

In our Weston-Super-Mare office, the following conditions are upheld for sessions with the lead practitioner Kasey Phifer:

  • There is no fee or pre-payment needed for booking an appointment.
  • Re-scheduling an appointment is free of charge.
  • There is no cancellation fee, ever.
  • The standard price of a session depends on the amount of time needed and the focus or goal of the treatment. Please check the individual treatment pages for more information. Discounts are available for block bookings of 3+ sessions.
  • A concessionary rate of £80 for a 90-minute session is available to individuals who are unable to work due to their health conditions.
  • Hour-long allergy scans are £60 and do not include any therapy such as allergy desensitisation.

We firmly believe that money should not be a barrier to regaining health. Although we must cover our own bills, we do offer a variety of flexible, interest-free payment options for those experiencing financial difficulty. In short, here are the options below if you’re having difficulty managing payment:

  1. Look into applying for an interest-free credit card. Most banks offer them with zero interest for the first year.
  2. Bespoke, zero-interest payment plans: Agree on a set number of sessions for the condition or ailment you have, for example 5 fortnightly sessions to correct hormone imbalances. Without any credit checks or hassle, we can agree on monthly payments starting at as little as £100/month.

Our payment methods include cash, debit/credit card, bank transfer and barter. The latter must be approved prior to attending your appointment.

Treatment Room in Badger House

ADDRESS & DIRECTIONS

Our Weston Super Mare office

Our clinic is in a private office on the ground floor within Badger House. The entrance, bathroom and treatment room are all wheelchair accessible. There is a free car park behind the building.

From the south: Heading north on the M5, exit at Junction 22 and take the 3rd exit at the roundabout, which leads you north on Bristol Road / A38. At the fork, keep left onto Bridgewater Road / A370.

7 miles or about 11 minutes later you’ll reach a roundabout with the hospital on the left. Take the 3rd exit onto Broadway.

You’ll soon after see a Tesco Express on the right followed by a little roundabout; take the first exit, left onto Winterstoke Road.

The second and third roads on the left are Oldmixon Crescent — but don’t worry, you can see the Badger House building from that main Winterstoke Road. Turn onto Oldmixon Crescent and take the first turn (which is also called Oldmixon Crescent), and again the first turn into the car park.

From the north: Head south on the M5, exit at Junction 21. Go straight through the roundabout (2nd exit), again straight through the roundabout (2nd exit).

You’ll see a big ASDA on your right at the roundabout coming up. Take the first exit. There’s a roundabout immediately thereafter, go straight through it onto Winterstoke Road. Go straight through the roundabout by the Lidl (2nd exit), passing the sports stadium on the right.

The next right is Oldmixon Crescent, and from the road you can see the grey Badger House building with large glass windows. Turn onto Oldmixon Crescent, take the first turn, and the next first turn, and another turn into the car park. Walk or wheel ’round the side of the building to the main entrance.
