Services Continue During November 2020 Lockdown

Paring Down to the Essential

After the talk at 10 Downing tonight, we’ve made some changes: Essential Only & Strictest Possible.

Our Managing Director, Kasey Phifer, has decided that we are essential and will remain open this month. This is her message, sent to the private list of current patients, participants and therapy recipients on Saturday, 30 November 2020:

After listening to the talk at Downing Street tonight, I have concluded that this clinic is essential and will continue to practice throughout the lockdown in the month of November.

Although services we provide are not covered by NHS, I am certain that both private therapy/treatment as well as the clinical trial we are conducting are essential.

What’s Changing?

1. Non-essential appointments will be cancelled or re-scheduled. Keep your eye out for individual emails sent from me (not these automated ones sent from this MailChimp software).
2. If possible, wear your face covering during your appointment.
3. If possible, we’ll keep the window open during your appointment for some ventilation with fresh air.
4. If possible, do not bring a loved one along with you to your appointment. If you need them to drive you, then your companion remains welcome to join us during your session. No one will be asked to sit outside in a cold car for an hour, that’s ridiculous.

Don’t want to come?

If you have an upcoming appointment that you would like to cancel, please let me know by replying to this email. There will be no cancellation fee or penalty, and absolutely no hassle.

Keeping COVID Secure

We have had ZERO cases of COVID-19 within our participants, patients and family ‘bubble’ seeing over a dozen patients weekly with strict hygiene measures.

Our measures to prevent the spread of COVID as well as other viruses and bacteria remain unchanged, entailing:

Ventilation of treatment rooms between appointments for approximately 60 minutes
Wiping down commonly touched surfaces such as the chair arms, door handles, writing utensils
Our own ‘Track n’ Trace’ system of notification within 12 hours of a confirmed or possible infection

Remember to bring a face covering with you to your treatment sessions. You’ll need to wear them upon entering the building, in the corridors and in the bathroom. There is hand sanitiser provided upon entry. Our COVID-19 Statement can be found on our website here:

If you feel you’re developing symptoms of Corona Virus, please do not come to your session and notify me as quickly as you are able.

Warmest regards,
Kasey Naví Phifer
